1. Focus on service and after-sales

Craft beer production equipment is often used for small beer catering projects. They are often used to brew pure fresh beer with unique flavors, barrel and bottle packaged for long and short run retail and wholesale.


A full brewery plant is required with a specific brewing process to ensure continuous beer production.


From the initial malt crushing stage, the wort and stock are prepared in different tanks, and the fermentation process takes approximately 12-20 days through saccharification - filtration - boiling - swirling and sinking - fermentation.


At the end of fermentation the raw beer is obtained, which can be directly consumed and sold. If equipped with fine filtration and sterilization equipment, the beer can be bottled or bottled to preserve it for a longer period of time.


In addition to providing a full set of beer equipment, the company will also provide related services and turnkey projects, such as installation and commissioning and after-sales service, brewing recipes and processes for well-known brews, brewer training, expansion and upgrade services for old equipment, etc.


2. Choose the right beer equipment for your purpose

Medium and large beer plants have a conventional output of 300 liters, 500 liters, 1000 liters, 2000 liters, 5000 liters, 10 tons, 20 tons, 50 tons, 100 tons, etc.

The complete beer plant mainly contains the main components such as crushing system, saccharification system, fermentation system, refrigeration system, cleaning system, control system and many auxiliary components. According to the actual project requirements, water treatment equipment, post-fermentation filtration equipment, clearing equipment, air pressure equipment, laboratory equipment, sterilization equipment, filling equipment, etc. can be selected.


The volume ratio of the saccharification tank to the fermentation tank is often 1:1 or 1:2, depending on the operational convenience of the beer brewing process.


3. According to the strength and later brewing service

(1)Warranty period of beer equipment

The quality of the equipment tank is guaranteed (no welding cracks and pressure leaks) for 3 years. Motor, pump and other electrical parts are guaranteed for 6-12 months. Lifetime guidance on equipment repair and maintenance and replacement of wearing parts.

(2)Quality inspection

Each set of equipment will be shipped before strict quality testing, such as the main tank for 7-10 days of continuous 0.4MPa pressure-holding test.

(3)Accept customers to visit our factory for quality inspection during production and before shipment.

(4)Accept quality inspection by any third party, including foreign laboratories.

(5)Pre-sales and after-sales service

Customized design and production of a full set of brewing equipment, site installation and equipment operation and maintenance management; teaching and training of multiple recipe beer brewing process.

Provide a full set of raw materials and consumables for brewing, guidance on beer brewing and sales strategy management, after-sales service and training guidance for life.
